Pay Range: $70,000-$200,000
Description:
- Actively seek out and greet customers in the showroom.
- Work closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions.
- Team up with co-workers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Process POS purchases using QFloors database program.
- Promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction.
- Work with customers on special orders, returns, or exchanges.
- Continue learning and staying up-to-date on product features.
- Assist with maintaining the showroom’s visual appearance and high standards.
